1、首先大家需要考察培训机构的品牌实力和口碑，目前市面上的PMP考试培训机构很多，竞争激烈，大家在筛选的时候尽量选择5年以上比较成熟的培训机构。

2、其次就是看培训机构的师资力量，是否有真本领的老师教学。

3、最后对于考生来讲十分重要的就是看这个培训机构的售后服务！是选择面授还是在线教学呢，教学环境如何呢，以及如何应对学员的问题等，这些都是需要关注的！

二、PMP备考技巧

1、大家可以好好利用《PMBOK》指南的内容很多，背后的考点也很多很丰富，有直接考术语、考概念、考项目管理各过程的输入输出的。

2、在备考的看书过程中，需要对每章节的重点都进行另外的笔记，比如挣值管理各计算公式、关键路径、关键链等术语及相关算法都重点复习。

3、PMP的知识点最终是要以考试题的形式出现的，因此必须通过大量的做题来增加题感。通过模拟题、作业题和冲刺题的反复考验，会对项目管理知识点认知逐步加深。刷题也是吸取知识点拿高分的关键，但前提是打牢了基础，没基础就不会做。题也不是刷的越多越好，而是需要把刷的每一题的知识点熟记于心，能够理解运用。

三、PMP备考时间安排

1、如今备考PMP证书的考生也是很多了，备考PMP证书之前最好制定一个适合自己的备考计划，PMP考试每三个月一次，报名缴费一般在考试前两个月，报完名开始进入备考，所以基本上是两到三个月的时间。

2、在备考的2-3个月中，每天保证4-5个小时的学习时间，基本上都能通过。有工作经验的学起来会更快。

3、PMBOOK是考试的核心，也是考试的全部内容，不能因为厚而不去学习，700多页的教材里面是满满的知识点.
